Welcome, sacred traveler. This site is evolving into something new. Stay tuned for amazing offerings and community!

Hi I’m Kathryn

I’m a soul-led woman on a mission, here to walk with those who are awakening.

Awakening to themselves. To this world. To a path that finally feels true.

My background is deep, decades in healthcare, parenting, and surviving what looked impossible. I’ve lived the roles. Worn the masks. Played the part. Until I couldn’t anymore.

I broke the patterns of people-pleasing, caregiving to depletion, and outsourcing my power. The unraveling was brutal, chaotic, and sacred. But I found my way through… and I know you can too.

I’ve shed my RN identity and stepped fully into my soul path: blending my clinical wisdom, intuitive abilities, and frequency of compassion to support others in remembering who they are.

This is an invitation to come home to yourself. To dissolve what no longer serves. To live the expanded, electric life your soul came here to embody.

There is enough for all of us. You don’t have to earn it. Just take a step forward.

Let’s work together.

A “Not-So-Serious” Guide to Dying Well

Guessing games should be for trivia night, not life’s biggest decisions. This guide makes it easier, lighter, and actually empowering. Created by a seasoned RN who’s seen it all, this is not your average checklist. It’s a conversation-starting, clarity-giving, future-proofing tool designed to help you document what matters most. Because guessing shouldn’t be part of your family’s goodbye.

“Losing my brother and sister-in-law together in a tragic accident was a heartbreaking reminder of how fragile and unpredictable life can be. It made me realize how important it is to take intentional steps toward the legacy I want to leave for my family. That’s why working with Kathryn felt not only necessary but deeply personal. She walked me through thoughtful, compassionate conversations about end-of-life planning and helped me consider scenarios I hadn’t thought of. With her guidance, I was able to make decisions that give me peace of mind, knowing I’m leaving something meaningful behind for my children. I’m genuinely grateful for the clarity and comfort this process has brought me. ”

“Kathryn has a lovely way of dealing with the complex issues to figure out a concrete plan for one’s final days. From Medicare to hospice, to nursing homes and hospitals, this journey has many landmines for families and the elderly; Kathryn’s medical background and industry expertise is such a helpful resource to find a direct route through the chaos. In a lengthy process with my father’s end of life, I learned that death is sometimes a gentle option: before this year, I did not know all the reasons you could or would refuse medical support to sustain life, and now..I understand that quality of life is so much more valuable than quantity of years.

Most importantly in this journey with my father, I’ve learned that planning for death for myself is a gift not only for my own peace of mind but a gift to my children so they do not have to forge through such a complicated territory alone! “
